Current Dues: $285.00 annually due Jan 1st, 2010 Late fees will be accessed after March 1st, 2010 Provides for: • Swimming Pool with security system and card excess • Limited Hazard and Liability Insurance • Irrigation (water) and irrigation system maintenance • Landscaping and landscape maintenance of all common areas • Administration of the Association • Accounting and legal fees • Electricity for the street lights and irrigation pumps • Community Activities NOTE: This information and applicable fees are subject to change without notice. LATE FEE $ 10.00 per month for 30, 60 and 90 days from the due date. After 120 days the account will be turned over to collection and all legal fees will be added to the assessment due. Returned check fee $25.00* * this fee also applies for returned online payments and credit card charges. |
